Cathleen Beerkens

Cathleen Beerkens, serves as a steady beacon of change in today’s fast-paced world, where trends in wellness and healthy living often rise and fall with little lasting impact. Being the founder and CEO of A Wellness Revolution, she has skillfully combined her nursing experience with the latest coaching practices to become one of a kind in the European health and wellness market. Her efforts are not mere superficial solutions but rather innovative, in-depth, science-based approaches that address why health problems exist, enabling individuals to achieve sustainable health.
What makes Beerkens’ program unique is that it is not only certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) but also by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC). A Wellness Revolution is one of the few coaching schools in Europe to have earned this honorable designation. However, her focus on epigenetics, neuroscience and glycoscience, the science of sugars affecting the health of the body, is what raises her methodology. This holistic approach combines medical skills and practical coaching techniques, which is a transformational experience that would result in long-term health changes. Cathleen Beerkens is transforming the future of wellness through her progressive coaching training and enlightening authorship as she provides the knowledge and tools clients and coaches need to succeed in a complicated health environment.
Rob and Jackie

At a time when fast-fixing and superficial solutions are the order of the day in the industry, Harmonic Strength is moving in another direction. This coaching service was started by Rob and Jackie, who are a couple passionate about assisting the human being in healing and growing as a person. Harmonic Strength is not only concerned with the loss of weight or the development of muscle mass. It is regarding the integration of the body, mind, and spirit to make a permanent change. Rob and Jackie finally got a breakthrough following years of traditional health coaching. They knew that physical change was not sufficient. Wellness is achieved when the self-parts are working in unison. That understanding formed the basis of a changing, life-altering model of coaching.
Rob adds a strong point to the work. Being a person who has lost more than 100 pounds twice, he realizes how emotional the change in body can be. Jackie is an experienced practitioner of mind, body, spirit wellness who brings in another dimension of knowledge on holistic health and emotional healing. They also read the masters of bodybuilding, such as Dorian Yates, Mike Mentzer, and Arthur Jones, and integrated that with practical coaching methods. Their one-on-one programs are totally personalized, and they assist their customers in becoming better people, eat better, gain strength, and above all identify with their self. Rob and Jackie meet them at the point where they are, whether they are only beginning their journey or trying to come out of a plateau.
What is so special about Harmonic Strength is that it focuses on sustainable change. No strict schedules or severe limitations. The clients are advised to savor the foods and experiences they love as they are taught to take good care of their health realistically. Rob and Jackie deal with people and couples, and even families, to make them feel stronger, less unbalanced, and connected. Their philosophy is not complex but deep; they want to make people feel good in their body, in their mind, and in their spirit. Harmonic Strength is not a sales service only. It is a way of life that is based on kindness, strategy, and thinking that the real or real strength lies inward.
