Join Chef Catherine Garden from Fennel and Fig, for a live online cook-along event on 10 October at 4pm. Chef Catherine will shows you step by step how to cook delicious dishes using whole grains from the comfort of your own kitchen.
An exciting menu, full of incredible dishes, perfect to share for springtime family braais or entertaining!
The menu includes:
– Teff crêpes with tamarind ginger mushrooms
– Roasted root vegetable, pearl barley and date salad
– Polenta lemon cake with lemon rosemary syrup
Ask Catherine questions as you go, chat with other participants and share your successes or cooking faux pas’. This cook-along is sure to be loads of fun!
Everything done and dusted in 3 x 40-minute sessions via Zoom with 15-minute breaks between. Sit down afterwards to the glorious fruits of your labour with a full spread of delicious food, enough to feed at least 4.
Tickets are R300 and are available through Fennel and Fig or Founder Foods. Order everything you need from Founder Foods and collect your prepacked parcel of ingredients form the store (2 Village Road, Kloof) or get it delivered to you before the event.
