Gunner, the explosive action-thriller starring Luke Hemsworth, Morgan Freeman, and John Hickman, has reached a major milestone—breaking into number 1 of the Top 10 films on Amazon Prime in France!
John Hickman, who played the role of Sheriff Bob Lilly, recently explained the impact of the film. “That role had a big effect on me,” he says. “It turned out to be much bigger than I was expecting.”
Gunner follows a father, Lee Gunner played by Luke Hemsworth, alongside Morgan Freeman as the role of Kendrick Ryker. In a recent interview, Actor John Hickman, who played the role of Sheriff Bob Lilly opposite Luke Hemsworth, stated the role really allowed him to explore something deeper than just action. Sheriff Bob was conflicted, grounded, and had authority.
