It is a musical fantasy romantic comedy movie that portrays an animated kingdom of Andalasia. The queen of Andalasia Narissa teams up with a witch to secure her throne. She has a stepson Prince Edward who hears a girl Gisselle singing and gets attracted to her voice. When Gisselle and Edward meet, they fall in love and plan to get married instantly. The gimmicks played by Narissa to stop Gisselle from marrying her son makes this movie worth watching.
Wild Hearts Can’t Be Broken:
This movie is based on a real-life story. It depicts a runaway orphan Sonora who does the cleanup for Doc Carver’s stunt shows. She has a dream of becoming a diving star, but her tender age seems to be the hurdle. The passion and determination of Sonora push Doc to give her a chance, and it pays off. It involves Sonora’s struggles in her road to stardom and how a loving friend comes to her rescue.
The Breakfast Club:
The Breakfast Club is texturally an ideal movie for a girls’ movie night. It shows the story of five high school students who report for entire day detention. It is the story of a high school student Alex Browning who goes to Paris with his classmates for a trip. When they board the plane, Alex Browning gets a presentiment from his vision that the plane will crash.
When all the events before the crash match his intuition, he panics and gets into a fight. As a result, he and many others including his best friend are removed from the plane.
The aftermath of this incident has some exciting and thrilling episodes that are worth watching.
The Parent Trap:
The Parent Trap will never bore your girl gang no matter how many times you play it. It touches the story of two identical twins who get separated at birth because of their parent’s divorce. They meet at summer camp and become great friends and plan to swap their location to know both their parents. Lindsay Lohan’s dual role definitely deserves applause.
13 Going on 30:
This classic movie will provide great entertainment at your slumber party. It is a story of a 13-year old girl who hates her junior high school life. She is so sick of her age that on her 13th birthday she wishes to become an adult. Her wish gets granted, and she becomes a 30-year old woman. She finds out interesting things about her life and the portrayal by Jennifer Garner is hilarious.
A Walk to Remember:
Last but not least on the list is A Walk to Remember. It is a story of a rebellious teenager Landon Carter who along with his friends partake in underage drinking in the school premises. They target a new student for the prank who gets injured. When the principal finds out about it, he gives Landon two choices to either get expelled or complete service project. He goes for the latter and gets acquainted with Jamie Sullivan which later becomes love.
