The South African producer and Dj is one to look out for this year with his new deep tech sound. At such a young age he has acquired 4 instruments under his belt- piano, bass guitar, violin and trumpet- the most valuable of them all are his hands and ears. He plays piano, violin, bass guitar, trumpet and marimba.
Thabo has the unique ability to produce beats and sounds many of our ears haven’t experienced. From teaching himself how to play John Legend on the piano by himself at age 7, to then growing up making music in his room on the weekends, to dj’ying for his family and friends during the holiday, music has become an innate part of his everyday life. His art is a from of expression ranging from tranquil, calm beats to uptempo, house and techno sounds. He hasn’t been able to quite pin-point his sound, but he is almost certain there is a song for every generation.
