South Africa’s beloved Mango Groove is set to celebrate a remarkable milestone with a one-night-only 40th Anniversary concert at the iconic Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden on Sunday, 12 January 2025.
A household name since the 1980s, Mango Groove has captivated audiences with their unique blend of marabi, kwela, and pop rhythms, creating an unforgettable soundtrack to South African life. This exclusive event, titled “Memories and Moments”, is more than a concert—it’s a celebratory journey through 40 years of hits, history, and heart.

The Kirstenbosch concert promises to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Audiences can look forward to a magical evening picnic under the stars, filled with the band’s timeless classics like “Special Star”, “Dance Some More”, and “Moments Away”. The performance will also feature dazzling visuals, personal anecdotes, nostalgic memories, and some delightful surprises.
