Following a successful first season, along with an incredibly well-received version set in Cape Town, Listing Jozi Season 2 returns to BBC Lifestyle (DStv channel 174) on Wednesday 31 May at 8pm. This season, produced by South African production company PD Production, sees the familiar season 1 agents Grahame Diedericks, Lara Nathan, Edgar Nche, Jabu Mazibuko and Ryan Kwan stepping things up a notch or two as the current buyer’s market explodes for the greater affluent Joburg suburbs. The season also introduces a dynamic new agent, Wilhelm Khumalo, that gives viewers a glimpse into the Dainfern & Dainfern Valley mansions as well as the opulent Steyn City properties.
Gain access to the luxurious properties in Morningside, Dainfern, Houghton, Blair Atholl, Blue Saddle, Waterfall, Steyn City, Sandton, Northcliff, Bryanston in the north to Serengeti in the east. Meyersdal, Glenvista and Eye Of Africa in the south as well as a few areas on the outskirts of Gauteng like The Vaal with properties ranging from R10 million all the way up to R150 million.
This season features even more famous faces including Fhatuwani Muhkeli, Theo Baloyi, Maps Maponyane, Ndavi Nokeri, Izelle Hoffman and Proverb.
THE CAST
Edgar Nche – Property Practitioner at Law Real Estate
Edgar Nche is an energetic and charismatic property practitioner hailing from Dube, Soweto. He got the opportunity to experience and see the strength and tenacity of four generations of women – his late great grandmother, grandmother, and late Aunt – who helped raised him while his mother worked three jobs to create and sustain a great quality of life for her family.
Sales was never an area Edgar thought he would thrive in until he started working in promotions during his late high school and early university years. Edgar acquired his passion for property through watching property channels and doing extensive Real Estate research. In 2014 he was accepted into the EAAB ONE LEARNER PROGRAMME which focused on promoting young individuals who wanted to learn more and tap into the Real Estate industry, enhancing his rental knowledge in and around Johannesburg north and Sandton hub. In 2018 he joined the Law Real Estate team as a property intern and is embracing the opportunities and growth that this position brings him.
Lavishing the opportunity given to him after the first season of Listing Jozi, season 2 sees Edgar running with every possible listing he can get his hands on. He quickly finds himself becoming a niche Northcliff agent specialising in opulent high-end family homes, although sales aren’t always as easy as they seem, and the room for success as a fully developed high-end agent often seems a very hard and patient path to journey along.

Grahame Diedericks – Lew Geffen | Sotheby’s International Realty

Jabulile ‘Jabu’ Mazibuko – Property Practitioner at Law Real Estate
Born and bred in the city of Gold, Johannesburg, Jabulile ‘Jabu’ Mazibuko was raised by a “tough as nails” and highly driven single mom and is now raising her own daughter and following in her mother’s footsteps of entrepreneurship.
Jabu has always been creative and after matriculating from St Andrews High School for Girls in Bedfordview, she studied fine arts for a year at Rhodes University. Thereafter she went on to study programming and networking and received a Bachelor of Computing Degree from Monash University. Jabu started a stationery business, followed by a funeral business where she was a funeral director for five years. In 2012 Jabu had the opportunity to acquire an Interior Decorating Certificate at Inscape College while she was still in the Funeral Industry. She embraced the challenge and is loving every part about the Real Estate world.
Fledging out on her own with her own team of agents working under her guidance, season 2 will see Jabu broadening her network as well as area of expertise from not just the South of Jozi, but also showcasing areas like the Vaal, Serengeti, Dainfern, Hurlingham and Eye Of Africa.

Wilhelm Khumalo – Pam Golding Properties
While completing a degree in Economics, Wilhelm Khumalo worked in sales and marketing at a construction company. This was coupled with part-time work assisting real estate agents with show days and related tasks in 2012. Wilhelm was eventually offered a junior position at Pam Golding Properties which he swept up without hesitation and began his career specialising in sectional title property in Paulshof and Sunninghill. He then made the transition to become a sole agent in the Pineslopes area, starting with sectional title but soon progressing to full title properties, and has since expanded his portfolio and expertise across the Northern suburbs of Johannesburg. Wilhelm is able to provide clients with informed decisions on the latest architecture contributions, construction technology and market trends.
