The National Lottery Operator, ITHUBA is pleased to confirm that the R43 million PowerBall plus Jackpotwinner has claimed his winnings, from the Friday draw 05 March 2021. The winning lottery ticket was purchased on the Nedbank Banking App with a ticket wager of R22.50 and , the winner used a QuickPick selection method.
The winner told ITHUBA that he was planning to involve his family in matters of his new fortunes:
“I want to enjoy my winnings with my family”, said the cheerful winner. “My father and I have our own family business and some of the money will go towards expanding and growing the company. This will also allow me to create jobs within my community. The winner added that the magnitude of his winnings are beyond what he has ever dreamt of. “This is honestly something I never expected”.

The lucky winner becomes the second BIG jackpot winner from Limpopo within the first three months of this year, following the R51 Million PowerBall winner from the 2 March draw. The winning numbers from that draw were: 10, 12,21,27,43 and the PowerBall Plus 15.
