We get adventurous in the kitchen as Chef Clem creates a spatchcock chicken and potato casserole what will wow over any dinner guests plus chat to the Kwazulu Natal tourism board and hang out with the team from Ukhozi FM in Durban. Tuesdays are never complete without a Tuesday Tune from Katlego.

Our resident film critic JP Sebastian gives us the low-down on the exciting films releasing in cinemas this week and we open up a conversation around how a healthy diet can help improve dry skin. Meanwhile, Chef Clem answers your culinary questions.

This Tuesday Cook-Along, our kitchen whizzes Chef Chew-Me and Chef Anele will be joined by the Giggling Gourmet Jenny Morris, as we show you the versatility of eggs! We’ll be whipping up an egg soufflé, Yorkshire pudding, lemon meringue and a rose-scented pavlova.

This Wellness Wednesday, we host an important panel discussion with Best 4 Period Cramp Relief about menstruation, cramps and period poverty. We also bust a move with an explosive boxing workout and we learn more about the devastating effects of alcohol use during pregnancy on World Alcohol Foetal Syndrome Day.

10 SEPTEMBER

Sought-after local fashion designer Sello Medupe calls in to the loft for Fashion Express Thursday to share more about his breath-taking work and we meet hair entrepreneur from Detroit, Niani B, who is encouraging black women to learn how to braid their own hair. We also connect with singer Rethabile Khumalo as she steps into the spotlight with her very first album.

11 SEPTEMBER 

We’re joined in studio by our first live performer since the national lockdown began – and it’s none other than the sensational Patty Monroe! We’ll also be connecting with legendary jazz singer Sophia Foster, who will share more about her Sophia Foster Foundation that mentors young talents in the entertainment industry.
