Chef Clem Pedro inspires us in the kitchen as he shows us how to make edible white chocolate bark and we cross live to Johannesburg where we are treated to a live performance by Joburg Philharmonic Orchestra. Our presenters take on an obstacle challenge on inflatables – and it’s Jamie vs Zoë! We also meet Professor Hassina Mouri, the first African Woman Elected as Vice President of International Scientific Body.

3 DECEMBER

We’ve got a brownie cupcake recipe that will blow your socks off and we chat to our Fashion Editor, Nox, who shares a new fashion capsule – and it’s all about monochrome colours paired with gold accessories. We also find out how Chef Clem spreads Happy Little Moments from a Caravan this Christmas.
