We bring light to Disability Awareness Day by focusing on a learning disability and we find out how one can manage ADHD in kids. Meanwhile, Ryle gets together with kids for a heart-pumping workout.

4 NOVEMBER

It’s another exciting Wednesday in studio this week and Teresa Ulyate and Graeme get creative in the kitchen by making a Cookie Monster Milkshake.

5 NOVEMBER

Bees are incredibly important to nature and today, we get to learn how to harvest your own honey safely, how to look after bees and what goes into getting your beehive certified. We, then, get creative in the kitchen using honey with some sweet recipes.

6 NOVEMBER

Kuhle gets clued up on nail art for summer and shares some inspiration for you to replicate at home and we learn how to boil the perfect egg before we make egg muffins for breakfast.

We get a masterclass in music from leading DJ and producer Prince Kaybee. The brain behind Devdondidit, Devon Saunders, breaks down his presenting and comedy career and Durban-born singer Haylea Heyns dazzles us with an in-studio performance.
