Carnival City’s “Cash Out or Double Down” promotion, which began in February, reached an exciting conclusion with a fantastic win for Chetan Narsee from Benoni. He drove away with the grand prize of a new Kia Seltos, valued at R370,000, during the final draw held on Saturday, May 31, 2025.
Narsee has been gaming at Carnival City since the casino opened 25 years ago, and it’s the first time he’s won a car.
“I am so happy!” enthused Narsee. “I’ll be keeping the car, it’s my lucky charm.” Following his gut, Narsee went to the casino on the day of the draw. “I had a feeling I would win, and I did!” he said.
