Public schools across SA to receive a financial lifeline through SmartKids Bread Club

NGO #ParentsUnite! in partnership with Pioneer Foods are providing a financial lifeline to schools across South Africa by freezing 2020 bread prices and donating the profits back to struggling schools.  The SmartKids Bread Club has cut out the middle man, to offer lower priced bread, delivered FREE to your office or child’s school.

Price Freeze

Constantly rising fuel, electricity and water costs could see bread prices rise to a staggering R20 a loaf in convenience stores next year.  The SmartKids Bread Club aims to encourage consumer savings by freezing bread prices to R10,99 for a loaf of Sasko Brown Bread and R11,99 for a loaf of Sasko White Bread for the entire 2020 year.

Profits directed towards schools

Schools dependent on fundraising efforts will be relieved to hear that 100% of the profits earned from bread sales will be redirected back to public schools via #ParentsUnite! the NGO currently tasked with developing sustainable income generating opportunities at public schools across SA.  The SmartKids Bread Club is an ideal opportunity for schools to generate a regular passive income without it intruding upon the schooling environment”, said Dr. Maharajh, (Director at #ParentsUnite!).
