Continuing with the success of the 2022 campaign and the aim to create a dignified day for our underserved community, providing them with a hot meal, basic clinic services, a warm shower and personal grooming. The day will also include counselling services and words of encouragement from our motivators.
Together with the help of local organisations and businesses, Mall of the South and SOJO Business and Tourism, we plan to directly impact 1,000 individuals this Mandela Day by providing them with essential services and support.
SOJO is still seeking sponsorship and donations for the following items:
– Non-perishable food items and Toiletries
– Dental Care Services
– Additional Ladies’ Hairdressers
– Nail Technicians for Basic Manicures and Pedicures
– DJs and Speakers
– Motivators
– Bibles
– Children’s Items: Backpacks, Toys, Lunchboxes, Juice Bottles, Stationery Packs, and Blankets
