Ekurhuleni: From 57 locations with Covid-19 cases, down to 2!

Since a partnership was established between the City and Ekurhuleni and the Scientology Volunteer Ministers on 22 April 2020, the City of Ekurhuleni locations which were found to be covid-19 positive went from 57 down to 2. A success which City execs attribute to the Scientology Volunteer Ministers and the sanitization they have offered for free to the City ever since.

While the pandemic was growing in the country, the City had no tools to prevent the further spread of covid-19 throughout Ekurhuleni. Scientology Volunteer Ministers, seemingly appearing from nowhere, went in and started to sanitize in any buildings indicated by Ekurhuleni executives. They have never stopped since.

The result now speaks for itself: only two locations are left with positive covid-19 among all the City’s locations – a statement which speaks volumes and for which the Scientology Volunteer Ministers are proud of.

“When you consider the long daily hours, the long 7-day a week work, and not one day off since lockdown started, and now we hear of such miraculous results, all the pain and aches disappear. We feel at peace with ourselves, knowing we gave it our best and it worked. It brings tears of joy to our eyes,” said Sandile Hlayisi, Public Affairs Director for the Scientology Volunteer Ministers.

On their side, executives of the City of Ekurhuleni are very happy by the impact made by the Scientology VMs. One of them stated, “We are humbled by your work.” He emphasized again how impressed all executives are within the City of Ekurhuleni.

The Ekurhuleni executive ended off by saying, “Just working with you and your level of dedication, it has inspired me to do more. It does not matter if it’s late in the evening and I am at home. I am now working for my country and seeing how you operate has inspired me to do this and get the job done. Even my seniors have seen my increased determination and have been impressed by this. It has really paid off in my work environment. I am so humbled to have had this opportunity to learn these traits that you embody so well!”

Hlayisi says that that kind of acknowledgement is the “best pay” the Scientology Volunteer Ministers could hope to have. “We have never been in it for the money. It is a very different thing to do one’s work for an honest-to-God purpose, as opposed to do it simply for money. The satisfaction of knowing we have assisted our country and its people and we did give it our very best is not comparable to anything else. And the fact that it brought great results and that it is appreciated is the cherry on the cake.”

Hlayisi and all Volunteer Ministers are thankful for the work of L. Ron Hubbard when he wrote the Volunteer Ministers technology which each Volunteer Ministers have learned and are using to assist.
