On Thursday, Mandela Day, July 18th, Bluff Tower Shopping Centre in the heart of the Bluff, together with Bluff MTN tended to the need of their community by catering for 600 learners providing hotdogs and snacks to Collingwood Primary School which is in dire straits.
Bluff Tower will be looking to create a long term partnership to restore the school which has broken roofs, no windows and in serious need of a revamp.
