Singapore-based F&B Business Management Firm OrderEZ Secures Seed Funding

Food and beverage (F&B) business management startup OrderEZ said it received S$500,000 (US$375,000) in its seed funding round from undisclosed backers.

Founded in 2019, OrderEZ offers a platform that helps suppliers and venues manage their businesses through automation, simplifying their inventory management and tracking order fulfilment.

It also offers real-time and cumulative reporting tools to equip sales staff with data-led insights to improve customer and brand relationships. The company said it has strategic integrations with accounting service firms Xero and Quickbooks for seamless invoicing.

OrderEZ plans to use the new capital to further develop its offering as industry demand continues to rise. It also aims to expand its presence in Singapore and extend its solution to Australia and New Zealand.

The company claims to have onboarded over 500 F&B suppliers and venues in Singapore alone since its launch, and it aims to grow its user base 10x by the end of 2021.

“As the adoption of digital-only solutions grows, there is a strong case to be made for holistic solutions in the F&B sector, which is still largely built on personal relationships and physically meeting with clients,” said OrderEZ co-founder Andrew Creswick in a statement.

The company is part of Thrive Assembly, an F&B firm started by Creswick and Jeffrey Meese, who is also a co-founder of OrderEZ. Thrive Assembly’s other portfolio businesses include drinks distribution firm Dyspatchr and interactive spirits events firm Academy of Drinks.
