Chinese textile industry internet company Smart Fabric raised $100 million in a series C round funding led by Tencent and Sequoia China, and followed by CBC Capital, Vision Capital, Matrix Partners China, IDG Capital, 10 Fund, and other previous shareholders. Fanzhuo Capital was the exclusive financial adviser of this funding. After this investment, Smart Fabric will focus on key technology R&D, market expansion, and talent introduction.

Established in 2014, Smart Fabric is committed to improve the manufacturing and transaction of the textile industry via SaaS cloud ERP system. Its main customers are overseas brands and clothing factories.
