Chinese city drinks express delivery service platform Jiuxiaoer raised tens of millions of yuan in a series Pre-A round funding led by Houderun Fund. The investment will be used to beef up technology R&D, branding, and team expansion.

Established in 2014, Jiuxiaoer focuses on city delivery of beverage. It adopts an “online order + offline delivery” business model to deliver beverage to users within 25 minutes. Apart from its own delivery team, it also has it own small sized last mile warehouses to ensure goods supply.
