China’ s smart communication cloud service provider Cloopern raised hundreds of millions of yuan in a series D round funding led by Prospect Avenue Capital, and followed by V Fund, Steppe Capital, and its shareholder Sequoia China. TH Capital is the exclusive investor. The investment will be used to intensify investment on product R&D.

Established in 2013, Cloopern integrates operators’ network and communication resources in an effort to turn communication capacity into API and SDK. It provides companies and individuals with VoIP, IM, video, conference, call center, IVR, and other services.
