Durban residents, Leslie Bush and Sache Horn, were recently recognised for an impressive ten years of dedicated service by the KZN Super Tyres Management team.

Sache joined Super Tyres in 2013 initially assisting with banking, debtors and creditors before soon getting involved in evaluating the processes of each department and streamlining operations to improve efficiency and accuracy.  Sache is now the IT Systems Manager and is responsible for improving processes, automating systems, portal development and new IT project management. “I absolutely love what I do. I really enjoy solving issues and seeing new programs implemented that assist in our daily tasks and functions.”

Leslie left a 25-year corporate career to join the Super Tyres team ten years ago as the Financial Manager and enjoys being a part of the Exec team too. Leslie keeps a tight control of debtors, creditors, bookkeeping, buying and stock management, and is also very involved in HR. “I love growing and nurturing people, and find if so rewarding to help others and to make a difference in other’s lives.”

Leslie and Sache are both happily married and have two and three daughters respectively. In her spare time, Leslie enjoys exercising and spending time with her family and friends. Sache she enjoys hiking, sewing, crafting and scrapbooking. Sache hopes to travel more of the world, to be more involved in charitable work, and to own a few properties to secure future income for her retirement one day.

Leslie and Sache’s advice to others is to never stop believing as anything is possible if you work hard, set goals and continue to learn. “You can achieve anything you put your mind to.”
