Landile Foundation Partnership with First Loyalty Plus

Landile Foundation Partnership with First Loyalty Plus
Rioma Cominelli, Director at First Loyalty Plus

For the past 7 years, First Loyalty Plus has been fostering mutually beneficial relationships with various partners, so that they can provide consumers with the best rewards. Through their rewards programme, they have saved consumers up to 50% on lifestyle benefits, such as; holidays, meals, activities, movies and more.

In 2019, First Loyalty Plus entered into a partnership with the Landile Shembe Foundation, which would see the foundation offering a similar rewards programme to the general public and members of the Nazareth Baptist Church, popularly known as Shembe Church.

Upon agreement with the foundation, First Loyalty Plus developed the Landile Shembe Foundation Rewards and created a website offering the rewards programme, which has been live since 1 January 2020. Although the COVID-19 pandemic has affected operations, First Loyalty Plus and the Landile Shembe Foundation agreed that sales would commence, and the foundation selected 4000 sales representatives to sell the product to potential clients, however, this has not occurred.

First Loyalty Plus has since been in touch with the Landile Shembe Foundation requesting payments which are now, more than a year in arrears. To date, First Loyalty Plus has received no feedback and are now reaching out publically to request the Landile Shembe Foundation to honour its contractual obligations to make payment and to provide its members with the intricate lifestyle programme that it has purchased and which it has promised to its members. First Loyalty Plus still hopes to resolve this matter amicably to benefit both parties.
