A housing grant first for KZN, Hesketh Estate bridges the gap for first time property owners

This is to bridge the gap in the market that allows these buyers to qualify for a subsidy of between R27,960 and R121,626 depending on their income level. We are excited that we get to pilot this within a new estate in KZN such as Hesketh Estate.”
