EduPulse Africa is pleased to announce the appointment of Dorcas Dube as a Board Member and Strategic Advisor. Dorcas brings extensive experience in strategic communication, education leadership, and social development, which will further strengthen EduPulse’s governance and strategic direction.
Dorcas holds a Masters in Strategic Communication from the University of Johannesburg. She has over a decade of experience working with government, non-governmental organisations, and the private sector, with a strong record in advancing education equity, building cross-sector partnerships, and enhancing organisational impact. Currently, Dorcas serves as a Board of Director at Casey Foundation Africa, and she is the National Marketing and Communications of Citizen Leader Lab, a non-profit organisation dedicated to developing leadership capacity across South Africa by fostering collaboration between the public and private sectors.
Commenting on her appointment, Dorcas stated: “I am honoured to serve on the Board of EduPulse and to contribute as a Strategic Advisor. EduPulse’s mission to advance innovation and leadership in education aligns with my academic research and professional commitment to creating inclusive and sustainable education systems. I look forward to supporting the organisation in achieving its vision.”
As a member of the Board and Advisory team, Dorcas will provide guidance on strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and education leadership, thus contributing to EduPulse’s ongoing work in strengthening South Africa’s education ecosystem.
