Club Med announces new CEO of Europe and Africa

Leaders in all-inclusive holidays, Club Med, has announced the appointment of Anne Browaeys as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Europe and Africa at Club Med, succeeding Xavier Mufraggi who currently holds the position.

Browaeys will be responsible for Club Med in all European and African markets as well as overseeing the strategy behind COVID-19. She will particularly focus on developing the marketing, digital and commercial activities of the business as well as working with market-leads on a new customer recruitment drive in light of the expansion of Club Med’s Exclusive Collection and the opening of resorts in new territories.

Browaeys has prior experience at Club Med, having originally joined the company in 2015 as the CEO of Global Marketing, Digital & Technologies. In addition to her wealth of knowledge gained from this role, Browaeys also has over 20 years’ experience in e-commerce sector, having formerly held senior roles at Amaury Medias and the FullSIX group, where she was responsible for transforming the companies to become digital-first and utilising this resource to foster future growth.
