Checkers was voted the best supermarket in KwaZulu-Natal for the fourth consecutive year in the Daily News Your Choice Awards, an annual survey conducted since 2004.

Thousands of Daily News readers cast their votes in the 2020 Daily News Your Choice Awards to highlight those businesses considered best in their category in KwaZulu-Natal. Winners were selected based on readers’ votes for their favourite businesses across 87 categories.
