NOBODY IS TALKING ABOUT workers coming back to work after the Lock-down and not being at ease, yet expected to work and bring desired results. How do you think your team members and leaders will feel walking back into their work environment? An environment where retrenchments have just happened, are about to happen, or are happening? The environment where the people left to work has to go through and function within so much change here at work, even though, they are already going through a change overload outside of work. An environment where people are experiencing pay cuts with no internal counsel regarding working out this new life. The environment where the COVID-19 infection rate, among our workers, are unknown.

As per our Ethos: Changed Individual = Changed Team = Changed Organization.

Yes, you already have your Business Strategy revised for this time that lies ahead. Your strategy takes into account that nothing will ever be the same again, for your customers, as well as the Organization. Your Strategy is ready for your labor force; Chosen leaders and teams to execute. I say “chosen” as others may no longer be with the organization, as you restructure to stay afloat. Those Leaders and teams are people. Just like your External Customers that your New Strategy addresses, these Internal Customers are also going through change, life will never be the same for them either. Take care of them, you need them to take care of your strategy.

There are many ways for you to truly be there for your labor force: I’ll only mention a few pointers here, that you can plan and execute now:

CLEAR COMMUNICATION is all they need from you. What’s your plan? When doing this, be transparent, about all numbers and projections, among other things.

PAY CUTS – Get Counsellors/Coaches in to prepare the workers and assist them to plan for their new life.

TEAM FUNCTION- Treat the teams as completely new, nothing is the same, even the people. We have effective Team Intervention, team Forming, Team rescue initiatives, do contact us for details.

ONLINE EFFICIENCY – Train your workers to effectively conduct Online Meetings and Sessions. Train your teams on various online activities that make interacting with clients much easier. We can help you with this training.

COVID-19: Train your workers on your Social Distancing Measures. Create a “quarantine” workspace for those with symptoms, or send them to quarantine at home for the advised 21 days.

RETRENCHMENTS – Be prompt to communicate who is going and staying. Communicate relevant time frames
