LUSIKISIKI – A 19-year-old male suspect was arrested on Saturday, 20 June 2026, following an armed robbery at a clothing store in the Lusikisiki Central Business District (CBD).

The robbery occurred at approximately 15:30 when three armed men entered the shop and stole an undisclosed amount of cash and several clothing items. Acting on intelligence gathered shortly after the incident, the Lusikisiki-based OR Tambo District Task Team apprehended a 19-year-old suspect from the Bazana locality at around 18:30 the same day.
