A man is in stable condition after being shot in the arm during an early morning incident on San Antonio’s west side, police reported.
The shooting occurred around 2 a.m. at the corner of El Paso Street and South Comal, near downtown. Officers responded to a call and found the victim, who was later hospitalized.
A sergeant on scene confirmed the victim was shot in the arm. However, details about the circumstances remain unclear, as the victim’s account of the suspect has reportedly changed multiple times—shifting between descriptions of the shooter being in a car or on a bicycle.
No crime scene was located during the initial response, police said.
The investigation is ongoing, with authorities continuing to gather information. No arrests have been reported at this time, and further details were not immediately available.
Police urged anyone with information about the incident to contact authorities as the case develops.
