MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russia’s Pacific Fleet has begun a command and staff exercise in the country’s northeast to protect and defend sea communications in the northern part of the Pacific Ocean, the coast of the Kamchatka and Chukotka territories, and the island zone, the fleet’s press service said on Friday.
