In spite of the R246 million already wasted on the presidential “home,” the public are in for another few rands that need to be spent on Nkandla.
The Department of Public Works has confirmed that new contracts are in the pipeline to “upgrade” the site. A lot of money must also be spent on restoring the poor workmanship from the previous round and improving the security system, as the president apparently does not feel secure with the security after the previous upgrades.
