A 40-year-old man is fighting for his life after collapsing and being attacked by a pit bull on Ivy Road on the evening of June 15, 2025.
The incident occurred at approximately 7 PM, prompting a rapid response from the KwaZulu Private Ambulance Service. Upon arrival, paramedics provided advanced life support to stabilize the victim before transporting him to a nearby hospital for urgent medical attention.
The man remains in critical condition, according to emergency services. Authorities have not yet confirmed the cause of his initial collapse.
