The 4th G20 Health Working Group Vaccine Equity will be a farce as myself and other vaccine victims have not had our compensation claims honoured. This act of dishonouring led to a SIU-250216-152727-7292 case number to be obtained to investigate the No Fault Compensation Fund as set out in the Disaster Management Act 2002.
The main obstruction is that President Ramaphosa has SOLE authority on which government departments may be investigated and in this instance its the Health Department. He refuses to sign the proclamation, leaving vaccine victims frustrated and suffering every day. It must also be noted that the Disaster Management Act legislation has been adhered to at all.
