Family in Pain Over Senseless Killing
Speaking on behalf of the grieving family, a relative expressed their profound sorrow: “We’re in pain… the killing of elderly people aged 75 and 85 is very bad. Again, looking at the way in which they were killed—the brutal killing of elderly people is bad. We were very painful about it.”
The sisters were shot in what authorities believe was a planned murder. Cartridges recovered from the scene have been sent for ballistic testing as police work to track down the killers.
Police Vow to Hunt Down Killers
Law enforcement officials have assured the family that no effort will be spared in bringing the perpetrators to justice. “The security forces will do all in their power to ensure that those responsible are brought to book,” authorities stated.
