JOHANNESBURG – Police are investigating allegations by an Olievenhoutbosch woman that she was raped and a young child stabbed while officers did nothing to help her. The 26-year-old woman claims a man, who later hanged himself, informed police of his intentions but they failed to act. She says her ordeal lasted for more than four hours, with officers promising that a hostage negotiator would help her but never arrived….
