On Wednesday, December 21, four suspects targeted the Nelsrif farm, in the Ehlanzeni District, Mbombela Municipality, Nelspruit, Brondale, Mpumalanga.
Four suspects, two of which were armed attempted to rob the farm. A shootout between the farmer’s family and suspects ensued. The suspects fled on food.
One of the victims was hit on the head with a rock and transported to the hospital. The other family members were unhurt in the incident.
The South African Police are investigating the incident.
