WASHINGTON (Sputnik) – NATO allies are reportedly weighing a plan that could make it easier for Ukraine to join the military alliance without having to adhere to a Membership Action Plan (MAP) and chances are increasing that the proposal may become official during NATO’s summit in Lithuania.
