Trenton Footwear partners with Me & B, a South African fashion brand founded by mother-daughter duo Kelly-Grace Gibberd & Betina Swart for the launch of their Autumn/Winter ’23 collection. The launch took place on Wednesday, 19 April at The Palms , Woodstock where their store is located.
The A/W ’23 collection showcase was the talk of the night and had social media buzzing as the event was attended by over 300 guests that included Cape Town’s socialites, media friends and influencers such as Nadia Jafta, RushTush, Daniela Canny, and Bridget de Kock. Some influencers were also kitted and dressed in the new Me & B collection with Trenton footwear to complete their oh-so stylish looks.
Trenton was one of the footwear partners for the event, alongside Superbalist. Trenton is South Africa’s official online retailer of genuine Hunter and UGG shoes. From the iconic Original Refined Hunter Boots and Hunter Play Collection to Ugg’s extensive range of boots, men’s and women’s shoes, sneakers, sandals and slippers. Trenton stores also retail Fit Flop and Holster shoes.

Guests also enjoyed delicious canapes prepared by Chef’s Ollie and Annalize that paired well with cocktails served. They also had the opportunity to be the first to shop the latest Me & B collection and Trenton shoes with pop-up stores on the evening.

Kelly & Betina were very excited to share with everyone what they have been working with. Kelly says “It honestly feels so surreal that this event was such a huge success! The whole team has been working so hard to ensure that the event runs smoothly while still continuing with our usual production process. We’re so incredibly proud of everyone involved and so happy to showcase our garments on the runway and show everyone what we’ve been working on. We’re obviously also feeling a bit emotional, this has been such a dream of ours for as long as we can remember so to be at the point where this is a reality is just unreal!”
