Africa's Olympic Committees Support Return of Russian Athletes to Competitions

MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa (ANOCA) said on Monday that a forum of national commissions had unanimously supported its resolution to allow Russian and Belarusian athletes to compete in international competitions under a neutral flag.
