Police in Hazyview are investigating a Cash-In-Transit (CIT) incident which reportedly occurred on the R40 Road near Hazyview on Wednesday 25 January 2023.
During the incident a security guard who also worked as a co-driver was fatally shot meanwhile other guards sustained minor injuries.
The suspects then fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.
