Service delivery protests are caused by nothing but lack of service deliveries.
If you need service delivery nowadays, protests is the language that the government listens to faster. Although this is wrong, the people have no other means of voicing their concerns. Perhaps the people will use the power of their vote to get the service delivery, electricity and other concerns met by a political party that can deliver.
