MOSCOW (Sputnik) – India has delivered the thirteenth batch of essential medicines and surgical items to Afghanistan following the UN calls to help the population severely hit by natural disasters, economic and humanitarian crises, the Indian Ministry of External Affairs said on Tuesday.
