South African National Taxi Council, (SANTACO) has confirmed that no taxis will run on Monday, July 4. People making use of taxis must seek alternative transport. The strike is to force the state to issue permits among other things.
The strike will affect most of the Gauteng area, from Tembisa to Krugersdorp.
