WASHINGTON (Sputnik) – Russian officials have provided Canadian police with video footage of a Molotov cocktail attack on Russia’s Embassy in Ottawa and expects that a thorough investigation will be conducted, Russian Ambassador to Canada Oleg Stepanov told Sputnik on Monday.
