One of SA’s most iconic food brands, Bull Brand has launched a ready-to-eat range with three new tasty, canned meals.

The new trio of ready-to-eat meals includes Baked Beans and Smoked Viennas in Tomato Sauce, Baked Beans and Meatballs in Tomato Sauce and Spaghetti and Smoked Viennas in Tomato Sauce, giving South Africans three delicious reasons to love Bull Brand.

 

Bull Brand has held a special place in South African hearts and homes since1957 and the introduction of the three new canned meals comes at a time when consumers are strapped for cash and looking for both value and convenience.

“We have created these ready-to-eat meals with our consumers in mind, by providing tasty and convenient mealtime solutions,” says Wendy Roman, Brand Manager for Bull Brand. “The new Bull Brand canned meals range is perfectly sized as a meal for one, perfect for consumers who want a convenient and easy mealtime solution but are also looking for nutritious quality and taste,” she adds.

For over sixty years this iconic brand still occupies the number one spot as the market leader in the Canned Meats and Meals Category. But Roman says that as with all legacy brands Bull Brand is evolving in line with consumer needs.

The brand continues to resonate with a younger market, where Bull Brand maintains its position as one of the coolest brands and has been voted No 1 in the canned meats category of the Ask Afrika Icon Brand Survey of 2020/21,” she adds. “It is with this in mind that we looked at an offering that would resonate with this growing sector of consumers.”
