Mxoleleni Sokhahla who is an accused in the murder of two police officers, Sgt Mnakwazo Mdoko (46) and Constable Mninawa Breakfast (28) appeared in the Blue Downs Magistrates court on Tuesday 2 March 2021 and his case was postponed to 9 March 2021 for formal bail application.
He is facing the allegations of two counts of murder and one of attempted murder after it was discovered that a 25-year-old woman, a civilian was also shot during the incident.
Sikhahla remains in custody until his next appearance.
