A farm attack took place on 2 June 2019, in Vryheid, KZN province. A security guard on a game farm was shot by one of at least of 20 attackers who could possibly have been poachers. Another male victim was violently assaulted during the attack. It has since been reported that some of the suspects have been arrested. There is no other information available at this stage.
