An intensive search for two awaiting trial prisoners in Pampierstad is still underway. The two escapees, Oageng Sehemo (21) and Thembile Lawrance Fuba (28) escaped from Pampierstad police holding cells between 20 and 21 February 2019.
They were arrested for burglary at a business premise. The circumstances surrounding how they escaped is subject of internal investigation. The two escapees are from Pampierstad.
