Wolmaransstad Station Commander Col Senwedi together with his team held a community meeting with the local farmers within the Wolmaransstad precinct.
The following issues were discussed: Stock theft and lack of arrests on cases, Satellite station dealing with stock theft in Wolmaransstad, reaction time and lack of sense of urgency by police on stock theft cases.
The Station Commander assured the farmers that their issues will be dealt with accordingly and his door is always open for further engagements.
He further pleaded with them to work with the police to deal effectively with all the challenges they are facing.
The farming community appreciated the visit by the station members and hope to have future engagements with the station members.
