On 19 December 2017 at Coveway, Mthwalume, four family members aged between nine 9 and 73 died after their house was allegedly set alight.
Four counts of murder and arson were opened at Hibberdene police station for investigation and detectives are pursuing positive leads at this stage.
The motive for the attack is still being investigated.
